The videos I played from the Mac were out of focus for a minute or two but eventually looked fine. Though it’s not advertised a web surfing solution, I tried it with mixed results. I was able to browse the web with a bit of a lag and was able to access Gmail, but the screen resolution was off and not very legible.  Still, for its intended purposes, the Chromecast did an excellent job of displaying YouTube and Netflix. |
