Like many supporters I just don’t understand Ashley’s thinking and why he keeps making silly decisions; usually announced at a time when we all think things are settling down. Unfortunately it’s what happens when you employ your mates rather than professionals which is a point you make very well. The pity is that I think most of us buy into the need for the club to be run on a sound financial basis but none of the points in your article detracts from that; in fact if he took note of them they would add to the financial strength of the club. |
