In the late '90s, she starred in 'Veronica's Closet.' While Veronica Chase was a romance expert who could help anyone else find love, she just couldn't get it right for herself. Before landing her role as Ronnie, Alley played Rebecca Howe on 'Cheers.' After 'Veronica Closet,' she played a self-titled role in 'Fat Actress.' Besides her numerous acting credits, Alley is known for her weight battles, her gig as spokesperson for Jenny Craig, and her stint on 'Dancing with the Stars.' |
