The Pats had a chance to take the lead with a third-and-3 at the Jets’ 21 early in the fourth quarter, but Brady and Gronkowski failed to connect on a pass down the right sideline. The Patriots settled for a Stephen Gostkowski field goal to cut the gap to 27-24 with 13:02 remaining. The Pats went 1-for-12 on third-down conversions for the game. |
